Staff Product Designer / Hawkins Games Design System
- Own and define the long-term vision and strategy for how the Hawkins design system extends to Games.
- Own the creative architecture to support emerging identities, championing Hawkins as a core enabler for design and engineering teams.
- Embed within key Games initiatives to ensure strong system alignment and meaningful Hawkins evolution.
- Partner closely with cross-functional leadership to influence roadmaps, and adopt scalable strategies to support the rollout of major changes.
