Accessible and inclusive design is an ongoing effort at Hudl. Over time, pieces of our experiences began to fall out of compliance. As an individual contributor and the leader of Uniform, I began establishing better accessibility practices across the company.

As more of our customers began requesting our VPAT and accessibility statement, it was clear we needed to up the ante to exceed ideal criteria established in the W3C WCAG. Working with Product and Design Directors across business units, the legal team and brand, we audited our products and wrote a plan to meet level AA compliance.
